Installation Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and service Stannah Stairlifts to meet national and local standards and in line with the company’s policies.
- Ensure that the customer or stairlift user has a full and thorough understanding of the operation of the stairlift at the time of handover.
- Report all installation and service faults on the appropriate service sheet.
- Ensure that service vehicles are stocked with the appropriate spare parts and all parts are booked out of the warehouse.
- Represent the company responsibly, maintain confidentiality and be polite and patient with our customers at all times.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe and law-abiding fashion.
- Your personal appearance should project a professional image.
- Maintain company equipment, tools, vehicles and property in good working order and safe condition at all times.

Sales Advisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with warm clients, who have already expressed an interest in the product (no door to door work, no cold calls!)
- Receive daily appointment diaries, booked by our inside sales team.
- Assess the customer’s needs and capabilities and recommend products accordingly.
- Provide onsite quotations and present benefits of product vs competitors/alternatives
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process by following up when appropriate and documenting interactions to better serve customer and improve conversion rates.
- Receive a comfortable base salary, along with the opportunity to earn high commissions.

Inside Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound follow-up calls in a polite and courteous manner while being patient, to convert existing sales appointments into orders.
- Respond to sales leads (phone, mail, internet, email) and capture the details in our database.
- Create a positive client experience through ongoing client interaction, helping people to take the next step in the sales process.
- Represent the company responsibly while maintaining confidentiality.
- Develop good working relationships with all other departments of the company.
