As a Stannah Sales Advisor, you’ll have all the tools you need to guide customers through the stairlift buying process and help them find the life-enhancing mobility solution they’ve been looking for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with warm clients, who have already expressed an interest in the product (no door to door work, no cold calls!)
- Receive daily appointment diaries, booked by our inside sales team.
- Assess the customer’s needs and capabilities and recommend products accordingly.
- Provide onsite quotations and present benefits of product vs competitors/alternatives
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process by following up when appropriate and documenting interactions to better serve customer and improve conversion rates.
- Receive a comfortable base salary, along with the opportunity to earn high commissions.
