  • First, we'll send one of our stairlift professionals to your home to measure your stairs. They'll identify the shape of your stairs, determine if there are any obstructions and recommend the model that best fits your needs. You'll then be presented with specific options and given a price quote based on your choices.

• Obligation-Free Price Quote

  • After the survey, we'll leave you with  an obligation-free price quote. You won't have to decide on the day, but when you're ready, you can call us up to complete the order.

• Professional Installation

  • Once we've processed your order, we'll call to schedule a time for installation. While we don't provide our stairlifts for self-installation, we include professional installation service by our factory-trained technicians in the cost (not an extra charge after the fact). This ensure that your stairlift will be installed to Stannah's high standards. Our technician will also take some time to show you how the stairlift works, so you can ride with confidence.

• Aftercare Service

  • After installation, you'll have access to continued support from our local team. If at any point, you have issues with your stairlift, you can simply call your Stannah dealer for service. Service calls can include repairs or just regular maintenance. Depending on the type of purchase you chose, service may be covered by an extended warranty.

• Removal Service

  • When it's time for your stairlift to be removed, we'll send someone over to take it away for you. One of our goals is to make sure your stairlift is handled sustainably. That means we recycle as many parts as possible and disposing of all other parts in an environmentally conscious way.
